Welcome to the website of
A little bit about Eddie....
Eddie Eastman , born in Terra
Nova, Newfoundland, the
youngest of 10 children. He
grew up in the midst of alot of
musical influence, inherited
from his family. His first
self-penned hit record was in
1978 entitled "Eastbound 401".
The title of the album was
"Easy". Several hits later he won
 New Artist of the Year at the
Canadian Country Music
Awards. After constant touring
and many televison
appearances including Tommy
Hunter,Ronnie Prophet, and
Nashville Now, Eddie Eastman  
became a  household name
"EDDIE EASTMAN"
in Canada.  He  won a Juno Award for Top Male Vocalist in 1981
and again in 1983. He has recorded 8 albums and has had 30
single realeases.  This led to his own Televison Show entitled
:"The Eddie Eastman Show"on CBC TV which ran for 3 years.  
Eddie and his family now reside in Nashville Tennessee where he
continues with his career in both songwriting and performing.

Eddie Eastman was recently inducted into the
CANADIAN COUNTRY MUSIC HALL OF FAME.
Ceremony took place in Edmonton, Alberta during
CCMA week 2010.
